The heyday ended three months into 2000, and the company Tom started ended a month after that. Since then, Tom has consulted and has worked as an executive for several entrepreneurial ventures. He's currently a vice president with Shearer's Foods, Inc., a Northeast Ohio snack food manufacturer.
